Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Below we set out, in detail, which cookies this website uses, who sets them and what your choices are.
Strictly necessary cookies (own)
session_id— keeps your browsing session; expires when the session ends.frontend_lang— remembers your language preference.tz— remembers your time zone.website_cookies_bar— records your choice in the cookie banner so that we do not ask you again; 400 days.
These cookies are required for the website to function and do not need consent.
Analytics and advertising cookies (Google)
We use Google Analytics 4 (identifier G-JY0J2LPVDB) and Google Ads (identifier AW-18346816602), managed through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NJ5H4TDW), to measure how the site is used and how effective our advertising is.
These cookies are only installed if you accept the optional cookies in the banner. If you choose “Necessary only”, no analytics or advertising cookie and no advertising identifier is installed in your browser.
Before you make a choice, and also if you choose “Necessary only”, Google’s tags load in restricted mode (Consent Mode v2, advanced): they install no cookies and no identifiers, but Google receives technical signals — IP address, page visited, browser — which we use for aggregate, cookieless measurement of our advertising.
In addition, when you arrive from a Google ad, the ad-click identifier (gclid) is carried over in the address of the pages you visit within this website (the url_passthrough function), so that the visit can be attributed to the campaign without installing any cookie.
Cookies that may be installed once you accept the optional cookies (measured on 31 August 2026):
_gaand_ga_JY0J2LPVDB(Google Analytics) — 400 days._gcl_au(Google Ads) — 90 days._ga_6WXE90X597— FareHarbor’s own Google Analytics, installed when you open the booking widget — 400 days.
If you withdraw your consent with the “Cookie settings” button on this page, these cookies are deleted from your browser and Google’s tags return to restricted mode.
We ask for your consent again at most every 12 months: after that period your choice expires and the banner is shown to you again.
Booking system (FareHarbor) and the third parties it brings with it
Our booking system is FareHarbor (FareHarbor Holdings, LLC). Its code does not load when you open the page: it is downloaded only once you interact with the site — when you click a booking button, scroll, tap the screen, move the mouse or press a key. If you only read the page without interacting, no connection to fareharbor.com is made and no FareHarbor cookie is set. From the moment the code loads, the cookie fh-sticking-routing is set (domain fareharbor.com, session, technically necessary to keep you on the same server) and the identifier fareharbor-uuid is stored in your browser’s local storage.
When you open the availability search, FareHarbor additionally sets the session cookies fh-content-language, fh-target-language and fh-units-language (domain fareharbor.com) and loads:
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — technical error logging. It runs whatever you choose in the banner, because it is part of the booking system.
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — payment processing; it sets the cookie
mon them.stripe.comdomain (400 days) whatever your choice, because it is part of the booking flow. - FareHarbor’s own Google Analytics (identifier
G-6WXE90X597) and Mixpanel — these are activated only if you accept the optional cookies; with “Necessary only” they install no cookie and send no measurement. - FareHarbor content services (
fareharbor.com,marketing.fareharbor.com,otel-hfo.fareharbor.engineering, its CDN and its image services) — needed to display the widget.
Cookies on the fareharbor.com, m.stripe.com and other third-party domains are governed by their own policies and we cannot delete them from this website; you can delete them from your browser settings.

The embedded map may set Google cookies when it loads.
Legal basis and international transfers
Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the analytics and advertising cookies; performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) for the cookies that are strictly necessary for booking. For the technical signals sent in restricted mode, the basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising in aggregate, cookieless form (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
You can object to this processing at any time with the “Cookie settings” button below: the tags then stay in restricted mode and no identifier is installed or kept in your browser.
Recipients of this data: Google LLC (analytics and advertising), FareHarbor Holdings, LLC (booking system), Functional Software, Inc. — Sentry (error logging), Stripe, Inc. (payments) and Mixpanel, Inc. (FareHarbor’s analytics, only if you accept the optional cookies).
International transfers: Google LLC, FareHarbor Holdings, LLC, Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry), Stripe, Inc. and Mixpanel, Inc. are companies established in the United States. You can consult their processing terms in their own privacy policies and ask us for a copy of the applicable safeguards by calling +34 960 730 497 or through the form on this website.
