What data we process and why

Booking data (name, contact details, booking details), collected through our booking partner FareHarbor — to manage your rental reservation (performance of a contract).
Enquiry data (name, email, phone, your message), collected through the contact forms on this website — to answer your questions (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest).
Technical data (strictly necessary cookies) — to make the website work. See our Cookie Policy.

Online payments are handled by secure payment providers; we do not store your card details.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting retention periods), and afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.

Who receives your data

Service providers who help us operate: FareHarbor (booking platform), payment processors and our website hosting provider. We do not sell your data. Where a provider is located outside the EEA, transfers rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing by writing to info@giroverde.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
