City bike rental in Valencia

The Elops 520 is our simple bike: the one you book when you want to ride the river-park path without thinking about a battery or an assist level. It's a one-minute ride from Guadalaviar 3 to the Turia Gardens.

It comes in two frame heights, and you choose yours when you book: the low frame (step-through, eight bikes) or the high frame (classic top tube, green, two bikes). Same price, same equipment.

Which frame fits you

Pick-up and return are only possible during shop opening hours: Monday–Friday 09:30–19:00 and Saturday 11:00–15:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. This applies to every rate, including 4 hours, 24 hours and multi-day rentals. Full-day rentals are available Monday–Friday, with return by 19:00; they are not available on Saturdays. A rental may span Sunday, but collection and return must both fall within opening hours on an open day.

In doubt between the two? Take the low frame: it fits almost everyone and is the easier bike to get on and off.

What people rent it for

It's the choice for a calm ride with no extra outlay. The full day at €12.00 leaves time to ride the Turia Gardens end to end (23.3 km, about 104 minutes at an easy pace) with room to spare. The 4-hour rate at €8.99 fits a short loop to the City of Arts and Sciences (5.2 km) and back on the same path.

If the plan is Malvarrosa beach (16.2 km) or the Albufera (51.0 km), it's worth looking at the full day or 24 hours instead — the round trip with stops eats into four hours fast.

What comes with the bike

Helmet, lock, basket and rear rack come with every rental, included in the price. The basket is what people appreciate most: a small backpack, a towel or the shopping fits in, and you ride without weight on your back.

How pick-up works

You book the date and duration in the booking window, pay by card and get your confirmation by email. At Guadalaviar 3 we ask for that confirmation and a valid ID document; whoever signs for the rental has to be 18 or over. Deposit per bike: €200 (LE20 and EP-2: €500; kids' bikes: €100), cash or card hold, returned when you bring the bike back. No-deposit option: document as a guarantee of return.

If you’re choosing between models

If the route is long or the wind picks up on the way back, look at the electric city bike P275 SE; riding with two kids, the cargo bike LE20; for the children themselves, the kids' bikes in 20" and 24". All the pricing and pick-up details are in the FAQ.

What it costs for several days

The multi-day rate isn’t just single days added up. Two days cost €25.00 against the €30.00 that two separate 24-hour rentals would cost — €5.00 less. Three days come to €30.00, and a full week to €70.00, when seven 24-hour rentals would total €105.00. Put another way: from the third day on, each extra day works out to around ten euros a day.

If you need the bike for longer than a week, write to us through the form with your dates: we’ll put together a flat rate for the whole period instead of stacking weekly rentals.

Common questions about this bike

Can I change the pick-up time? Call +34 960 730 497 before your booked time and we’ll adjust it if a bike is available.

What if it rains? Bring it back within the shop’s opening hours whenever you can; the charge is for the duration you booked.

Can I book several identical bikes? Yes, you set the quantity in the same booking step: up to eight low-frame bikes and two high-frame bikes per day.

Can I switch frame on the day? If the other frame is free when you collect, yes — just ask.
